If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up to 12 hours after ordering. After 12 hours we are unable to cancel your order. 


If you did not receive the product within the estimated time per our FAQ page (not including the 3-5 days processing) please send us an email so we can look into the delay. 

If you no longer want the product, you may request for a full refund but you must first return the item in its original condition and unused. You will have to ship the item back to us at your expense. Once item has been verified it has been received then a full refund will be given. It is recommended you ship your item back using a trackable service so it doesn't get lost. 

We do not have any control if your item is held in customs for any reason. Note: We've rarely encounter this problem.

We are not responsible for natural disasters or any delays with the shipping company once your order has been shipped.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your product back to us without a Return Authorization from our support team.
